Terms of service

Last updated 7 September 2026

In short: Tessule is a beta. Your data stays yours, use the service lawfully, and expect bugs, outages and breaking changes while we build. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Who we are

Tessule is currently operated by its founder as an individual, based in the United Kingdom, ahead of forming a company. "We" in these terms means that individual. When the company is registered, these terms will be updated to name it and you will be told in the product. By creating an account or using a workspace you have been given access to, you agree to these terms.

Your account and your data

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think your account has been compromised. Everything you put into a workspace remains yours; we use it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to store the data you upload, including personal data about other people.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, to send unsolicited bulk messages or distribute malicious software, to interfere with or overload the service, or to access data you are not authorised to use. Access through the API or a connected AI assistant is subject to the same rules and the same permissions as the app.

Early access: what to expect

Tessule is in an early-access beta, and you should expect very little stability from it. Things will break. Features may change, be withdrawn, or behave differently from one week to the next, sometimes without notice. There may be outages, and there is no uptime, support, or service-level commitment of any kind. Data formats will change as the product develops, and while we take data safety seriously and will try to migrate your data forward, we may in some cases need to reset a workspace.

Do not rely on the service for anything you cannot afford to lose or to have unavailable. Export a copy of anything important from the product and keep it somewhere else. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you where we can, and we will be honest when we cannot.

Fees

If you choose a paid plan, it is billed in advance at the price shown when you choose it, plus applicable taxes. If a payment fails we will tell you and give you a reasonable time to fix it before restricting access.

Ending

You can close your account or delete your workspaces at any time from within the product. We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms and will say why where the law allows.

Liability

The service is provided as is, with no warranty, during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid for the service in that period. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them; the date above records the current version and material changes are announced in the product. Questions:support@tessule.com.
